The project, supported by a grant from the Fund for Cultural Initiatives of the Russian Federation, is designed to systematize and tell subscribers about the most pressing issues of the development of the North and the Arctic in a video format.

An important factor in educational releases is the popular science direction. One of the main objectives of the project is to create an active educational environment. Implementation of the project will create conditions for scientific enlightenment, increasing the legal and financial literacy of the population, etc. On the one hand, the project aims to preserve, traditions, customs and the existing way of life, and on the other hand, it opens up new knowledge and opportunities for its development.

This initiative was supported by the Northern Forum, which provided a filming location for the project. The winner of the grant from the Fund for Cultural Initiatives of the Russian Federation is the coordinator of the Northern Youth Forum Sardaana Syromyatnikova.
