Elena Shumakova, Deputy Governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, and Irina Gaichentseva, Director General of the Public Diplomacy Foundation "Eurasian Association of Regional Women Leaders" (the NF has signed a cooperation agreement with this foundation) also greeted the event.
