Today in Moscow, at the site of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, the VII International Conference "Arctic: Sustainable Development" ("Arctic-2022") begins its work.
The event has been held annually since 2016. The Arctic-2022 Conference is officially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The conference is a major industry event, annually more than 600 representatives of various fields of activity directly related to the sustainable development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation take part in its work. Among them are representatives of federal and regional executive and legislative authorities, heads of major domestic companies in the fuel and energy complex, metallurgy, engineering, transport, aircraft and shipbuilding, communications, the construction industry, the radio-electronic industry, representatives of international and Russian scientific and public organizations, as well as industrial enterprises of the Arctic Council countries.
The conference is an authoritative platform for discussing the tasks and problems of the development of the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation.
