November 8 is the Northern Forum Founding Day
More than 30 years have passed since the signing by the Heads of Regions in 1991 in Anchorage of a document confirming the creation of a non-profit non-governmental international organization designed to unite the efforts of representatives of the northern regions for effective cooperation in the North and the Arctic.
The Northern Forum is still striving for a comprehensive dialogue aimed at solving multiple tasks to improve the quality of life of residents of the northern regions.
