Taking into account the dramatic changes in the geopolitical situation and the emergence of a truly multipolar world, it is particularly important to maintain, strengthen and expand existing cooperation between countries and to create new opportunities and directions. The role of international organisations with a proven track record in fostering such relations is increasing significantly.
