After graduating from the Riga Civil Aviation Engineers Institute, for 25 years, he worked in science at The Yakut Scientific Centre of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. During the difficult years of the reformation of our state he transferred to the civil service - 1st Deputy Chairman of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Committee on Economics and Forecasting, Chairman of the Committee for External Economic Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 1st Deputy Minister of External Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Minister of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Head of the Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for Economics, Finance and Foreign Exchange Resources, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
