On September 28, Governor of Shandong Province Zhou Naixiang handed St. Petersburg State University professor Nadezhda Kharlampieva a certificate of the honorary title of Ambassador of Friendship.
Nadezhda Kharlampieva is an associate professor at the Department of World Politics at St. Petersburg State University, a senior researcher at the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute of the Russian Federation, a Goodwill Ambassador for the Northern Forum and editor of the international magazine “Art and Culture of the Arctic.”
In 2012, Guo Peiqing, a professor at the Faculty of International Relations and Public Administration at Ocean University of China and Goodwill Ambassador of the Northern Forum, and Nadezhda Kharlampyeva jointly launched the China-Russia Arctic Forum, which has already been successfully held 12 times.
