Khanty-Mansiyskiy AO - Yugra to receive a subsidy of 2.8 million rubles for the development of animal breeding, The Ministry of agriculture has allocated to Khanty-Mansiyskiy AO 2 million 833 thousand rubles from federal budget for compensation of interest rate on investment loans (loans) for the development of animal breeding, processing and development of infrastructure and logistics markets products of animal breeding. According to "YugraPRO", it is followed from the materials to the meeting of the regional government.

Entirely, Yugra will receive almost 11 million rubles of subsidies from the Federal Treasury in 2014. In particular, for the compensation of interest rate on long-term, medium-term and short-term loans taken by small forms; compensation of expenses for the capacity of reindeer, red deer and beef herd of horses; subsidies for one kilogram implemented or shipped on its own milk processing;  compensation of interest rate on short-term loans for crop production, processing and realization of agricultural production; compensation of expenses for the purchase of seeds including delivering to the regions of the Far North regions and equated areas.

In 2013 the Russian government has allocated subsidies in the amount of 9.7 million rubles for the development of agriculture of Yugra. In particular, the subsidy per litre of sold commodity milk amounted to 4.4 million rubles; 1.7m rubles was provided for the compensation of interest rate on small business loans; 1.6 million rubles was provided for compensation of interest rate on investment credits for the development of animal breeding.

Югра получит субсидию в 2,8 млн рублей на развитие животноводства

Министерство сельского хозяйства выделило Ханты-Мансийскому округу из федерального бюджета 2 млн 833 тысячи рублей на возмещение части процентной ставки по инвестиционным кредитам (займам) на развитие животноводства, переработки и развития инфраструктуры и логистического обеспечения рынков продукции животноводств. Как передает «ЮграPRO», об этом следует из материалов к заседанию регионального правительства.

Всего Югра из федеральной казны в 2014 году получит почти 11 миллионов рублей субсидий. В частности, на возмещение части процентной ставки по долгосрочным, среднесрочным и краткосрочным кредитам, взятым малыми формами; на возмещение части затрат по наращиванию поголовья северных оленей, маралов и мясных табунных лошадей; субсидии на один килограмм реализованного или отгруженного на собственную переработку молока; на возмещение части процентной ставки по краткосрочным займам на развитие растениеводства, переработки и реализации продукции растениеводства; на возмещение части затрат на приобретение семян с учетом доставки в районы Крайнего Севера и приравненные к ним местности.

Напомним, в 2013 году правительство России выделило на развитие сельского хозяйства Югры субсидии в размере 9,7 млн рублей. В частности, субсидия на литр реализованного товарного молока составила 4,4 млн рублей, на возмещение части процентной ставки по кредитам, взятым малыми формами хозяйствования, было предусмотрено 1,7 млн рублей, на возмещение ставки по инвестиционным кредитам на развитие животноводства – 1,6 млн рублей.
