arctic gas drilling300The Moscow Arctic Summit of Development will be devoted to problems of introduction nano and communication mechanics, to technological break of military-industrial development in a section of needs of the Arctic regions, and also consider discussion of Arctic development as national idea.

Main goal of the Summit is drawing attention of various companies of the Arctic sector to investments and development of nano engineering and biological, information and communication technologies, fuel and energy and raw basis of the Arctic zone, and also the solution of practical questions of financial and industrial, scientific and intellectual and investment potential of the Arctic cluster.

Plenary session of the summit will be devoted to discussion of special investment tools and the state support in development of the Arctic region.

Besides, during several working sessions it is planned to discuss in details questions of investment into areas of introduction of nanotechnologies for production and processing of raw materials in the conditions of Far North, practice of fuel and energy complex in the Arctic, also problems of bioresources and biotechnologies in the Arctic.

The separate section will be devoted to safety issues. Reports and discussions are planning devoted to subjects of national security of the Northern Sea Route, modernization of the software for support of the NTZ programs in the Arctic, and to the questions of seismoprotection and ecological safety of the Arctic region.
