Leader of the Northern Forum working group on Infectious diseases has been proclaimed the best Phthisitatry center in Far East Russia and Siberia.
Yakutsk State science-practical center "Phthisitria" has won this title upon delivering excellent results on evaluation of 34 indexes in 2014 that indicate epidemiological situation, quality and effectiveness of anti-TB actions. Close competitors of the Sakha team were participants from Tomskaya oblast and Hakasia Repuclic (Russia). The Center has initiated activity in a previously less active Northern Forum project on Infectious Diseases monitoring, which led the Center to establish connections with their colleagues in the Northern Forum member regions and other states with similar agenda in healthcare.
