The project to develop a single document repository for the provision of state and municipal services in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug won the competition "Project of the year 2019". This was announced by Okladnikov Pavel Anatolievich - Regional coordinator of the Northern Forum from the presiding region of the Nenets Autonomous okrug.

The unified document repository (UDR) was launched in the region on July 1, 2019 and allowed to optimize the process of acquiring state and municipal services by residents of the NAO

The module is designed for centralized electronic storage of personal documents of applications and their use in the provision of public services. Replacement of the UDR database is possible in two ways. By submitting documents to the offices of the MFC, residents of the Nenets Okrug can immediately consent to entering information into the electronic storage. After the operator will make an electronic copy of the document and certify it with an electronic digital signature.

Partners of the project to create the unified document repository are the administration of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Nenets information and analytical center, the MFC, also the system developer - the "Systematics Consulting company".

The "Project of the year" competition of the GlobalCIO|DigitalExperts professional community is a communication platform for IT professionals to consolidate information about the best practices in the field of information technology and digital transformation in our country.
